Patrick Hoffman

Marketing Director, Service Autopilot

Patrick Hoffman is a data nerd and optimization fanatic. He has been writing copy, testing ads, and creating marketing strategies in the Service Industry for four years. Since he’s worked at Service Autopilot, he’s seen inside hundreds of lawn care, cleaning, and snow companies – and helped them refocus their marketing efforts on what matters most. Recently, he took on the role of Marketing Director, and is slowly (but surely) learning how to grow a team of expert marketers.

Joe Hrbacek

Training Specialist, Service Autopilot

Joe Hrbacek brings a comprehensive knowledge of the Service Autopilot system to SA6. He’s been a Service Autopilot Trainer since July 2016 and has mastered the ins and outs of the new Forms platform. Joe left Saint Paul, Minnesota behind to get his education from the University of Dallas. Before he settled, he spent a couple years in Rome, Italy, working as a Resident Coordinator for the University. Currently, he is finishing a Master’s Degree in IT Management.

Scott was a landscaper, a general manager, part of a demolition crew, and a submarine hunter in the US Navy. He was one of the first employees at Service Autopilot, and almost 10 years later he is still one of our best trainers.Scott now works as our Implementation and Operations Coach, ensuring new SA Members get up to speed with the software and instilling healthy business practices while he’s at it. 

Brian Minter

Brian has been with Service Autopilot for over 5 years. He has almost 20 years’ experience as a trainer with various software and network administration companies. Drawing on his experience as a Project Manager working with gas, water and electric utilities and municipalities, and as a Pastor, Brian works regularly to train Service Autopilot Members, new and old, on a variety of features and best practices.
