Responsibilities

  1. Providing an amazing, personalized experience to each customer.
  2. Effectively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues through various support channels such as emails, calls, blogs, social media, etc.
  3. Analyzing customers feedback and looking for the best personalized solutions for them.
  4. Applying the delight philosophy and following the communication standards.
  5. Engaging the customer community.

Requirements

  1. Proven follow-up, follow-through, and communication skills.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. You’re passionate about personal development.
  4. Enjoy speaking with customers.
  5. Technology is your good friend.
  6. You have an innovative mind and are a self-starter.
  7. Have minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  8. Proactive in coming up with ideas and solutions that will improve customer experience.
  9. Ability to carry out support through emails and calls.
  10. Some persuasion skills

You will have an opportunity to speak to your peers, your manager, and our executive team. The interview process allows us to get to know each other. We want to know what makes you tick, what motivates you and why you think Service Autopilot is the right company for you. Come prepared with questions for us. We are not interested in short term employment… we want you to be sure we are the right company for you.

STEP 4 – Offer

If you are right for the position we will make you a formal job offer. We will clearly communicate the expectations of the role.
