Phil Ricci

Phil has been working in the financial services and payments industry for many
years and has held a variety of roles throughout his career prior to joining Clearent. Originally brought on as the Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region, Phil quickly moved to build the internal sales infrastructure as the Vice President of Sales Operations, before taking over all Go-To-Market strategies and becoming the Vice President of Marketing and Sales Enablement. His current role is a natural fit given his passion for brand building and storytelling, which can be seen in his weekly podcast, Clearent Connects. Phil resides in Farmington, New York with his wife and three children.

Jonathan Pototschnik is the Co-founder and CEO of Service Autopilot. Jonathan has built several $5m+ dollar businesses in both the lawn care and cleaning industries. His desire to share his experience with other business owners lead him to co-found Service Autopilot with John Caldwell. Together, they strive to build the software this industry deserves. Cassie Fields

Previously, Cassie was the VP of Sales & Business Development at FieldEdge and before that was the Director of Sales North America for NCC Group. Cassie attended the University of Georgia. She is a Member of Reveue Collective and a Mentor at GirlsClub. Now as the CRO of the Field Services Division at Clearent, Cassie specializes in rapid business growth and organizational leadership.

Chris Volpe

After earning a Business Information Systems degree from TCU, Chris Volpe went on to start a Coffee Shop with a small group of people. Now, he manages a team of trainers, launch advisors, and advanced Service Autopilot experts. With a rich background in training and business development, Chris mixes his vast knowledge of Service Autopilot and his startup experience to help business owners implement technology into their businesses.

Scott Howard

Implementation and Operations Coach,

Scott was a landscaper, a general manager, part of a demolition crew, and a submarine hunter in the US Navy. He was one of the first employees at Service Autopilot, and almost 10 years later he is still one of our best trainers. Scott now works as our Implementation and Operations Coach, ensuring new SA Members get up to speed with the software and instilling healthy business practices while he’s at it.

Chris Sims

Chris was the 4th employee at Service Autopilot. He understands just about every facet of the company. From training to sales to an intricate knowledge of the system, all of this combined has given Chris a next-level approach to the Service Autopilot platform. He has learned which features members value most. And as a cornerstone employee, he understands the most essential (and frequently unexplored) features that are bound to improve your business.

John Bianchi

After struggling for almost 7 years running his lawn care and landscaping business, John finally listened to a close friend and started using Service Autopilot to simplify his life and accelerate the growth of his business. The lessons and relationships he benefited from over the next 6+ years led him to make the best decision he’s ever made: to go work for Service Autopilot. As the Training Manager for Service Autopilot, and with the help of his awesome team, he continues to provide valuable content and training materials to members. His goal is to have every member master Service Autopilot and come to love the software (and company!) as much as he does.

Mac Smith

Special Services Supervisor,

Mac Smith has worked Service Autopilot for 8+ years serving our members and helping them improve their business by implementing the SA system. During this time, Mac has served in many roles within SA, helping make the company what it is today. He currently Supervises the Special Services team, training members and helping them implement advanced features such as automations.
