Debbie turned a job cleaning houses into a multi-million-dollar cleaning empire. After building one of the largest maid services in the country, she began speaking and training other businesses how to grow and live their dreams. Debbie Sardone Consulting, LLC is a gold medal winner of Inc.’s 2021 Best in Business in the Business Services category. She is also co-owner of Speed Cleaning, which manufactures a line of non-toxic products, and founder of the nonprofit, Cleaning for a Reason—providing free house cleaning to those battling cancer.

Josh Latimer

Entrepreneur; Co-Founder of Honor and Fire, SendJim, AutomateMotivate, and RevenueBuddy; Founder of Conquer
Joshua first started a cleaning business and because of his ability to automate and systemize it, he was able to grow the business to over $150,000 per month in sales before selling to a national buyer. After selling and moving to Costa Rica for 1.5 years, Joshua co-founded Honor and Fire, a movement to help families live bigger and more epic lives for themselves, and products such as SendJim, AutomateMotivate, and RevenueBuddy. Joshua also founded Conquer—revolutionary coaching for entrepreneurs.

Brett Gilliland

Entrepreneur; CEO of Visionary Wealth Advisors; Co-Founder of Swing For Hope; CEO of Elite Entrepreneurs
Brett has experience in high-impact, trusted-advisor roles in growing small businesses across multiple industries. He has worked with hundreds of $1M-$10M business owners and their teams to develop and implement the organizational and leadership processes and systems they need to grow. As the original leader of Infusionsoft’s "Built to Last" efforts, Brett spent 10 years helping Infusionsoft grow from $7M in revenue to over $100M. Brett's roles at Infusionsoft included: Built to Last Champion, Strategic Advisor to the CEO, VP of Infusionsoft, and VP of Leadership Development. Brett also Co-Created the Elite Programs with Infusionsoft’s CEO, Clate Mask. In February of 2018, Brett bought the Elite business from Infusionsoft and named it Elite Entrepreneurs. When he isn't busy serving Elite businesses, Brett loves family life with his beautiful wife, Sharon, and their 8 children!

Mike Callahan

The story behind SimpleGrowth began 25 years ago when Owner and President Mike Callahan began pushing a lawn mower around his parent's neighborhood. Working to grow his business by putting in 100+ hours a week soon began to take a toll on his personal life and led to a divorce. He found a better way—by automating his business. Mike got his life back. Now, he helps other service business owners use powerful automations to create a better work/life balance.

Scott Howard

Project Manager at Xplor Technologies
In his past life, Scott Howard was a landscaper, a general manager, part of a demolition crew, and a submarine hunter in the US Navy. He was one of the first employees at Service Autopilot, and 7 years later he is still one of our best trainers. Scott now works to ensure new SA Members get up to speed with the software and instills healthy business practices while he’s at it. When he’s not doing that, his passion for DIY and hands-on experience overflows into a handyman business on the side.

Adam Garcia

GM/Integrator at College Fund Landscaping
Adam Garcia has held various Management roles, operations, and customer service roles for almost 20 years. He has been at College Fund Landscaping as the GM/Integrator for the past 2.5 years. Prior to that, he worked in the fire sprinkler industry, electrical parts distribution, and in retail. Adam also enjoys college football and still has season tickets for the CU Buffaloes.

Steven Cohen

Steven Cohen, principal of GreenMark Consulting Group, is a business management and operations consultant with more than 35 years of landscape/snow industry experience. Steven has an extensive background in managing cross-functional business operations, business strategy and market growth strategies. He prides himself as being both an analytical and conceptual thinker who effectively partners with business owners to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. GreenMark Consulting Group specializes in helping growth-oriented companies see through challenges and map out operational and growth strategies. In October of 2016, Steven acquired BCLS, Inc. in Richmond, VA, a fledgling $2.3M landscape company losing half of a million dollars a year. Today, the rebranded BCLS Landscape Services is a thriving $10M commercial landscape company offering commercial landscape management, enhancements, bid/build, irrigation, and snow and ice management.
