How does the 30-Day Guarantee work?
If you cancel your membership within 30 days of signing up we will refund your membership fee. If you choose to cancel your account after the first 30 days of your membership you will never be charged again. We do not prorate or issue refunds for partial months.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Never. Service Autopilot is a pay-as-you-go membership. We do not require a contract or long term commitment. If you cancel, you will not be billed again.
How do I know my data is safe and secure?
Our state-of-the-art servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches.
