How do Mobile Estimates work?
With the Service Autopilot App you can create Estimates in the field and email them to your Client or prospective Client right then and there, which will help you convert more Leads into Clients.
Find your Lead or Client from your Client List (or add one from the plus sign); then, click “View Estimates” and add a new Estimate.
From here, you can add packages or services to the Estimate, or you can swipe to add products. Change the status to quote, and email it to your Client. You will attach a PDF attachment which will include a message (which you can customize on the spot).
Congratulations! Your estimate is ready to be sent.
